Srinagar, May 10 -- Omar Abdullah on Sunday unveiled a development package worth nearly Rs.40 crore in Ganderbal and laid the foundation stone for Phase-I of the Sindh Riverfront Project.
During his visit, the Chief Minister inaugurated and inspected multiple development and public welfare initiatives aimed at boosting tourism, urban infrastructure and healthcare facilities in the district.
A major highlight of the visit was the launch of the first phase of the Sindh Riverfront Project, which is designed to enhance the area's scenic appeal, promote tourism and create modern public spaces along the banks of the Sindh stream.
