Jammu, July 3 -- The Court of the Learned Sub Judge and Special Mobile Magistrate, Jammu, in the suit filed against former President Javed Ahmad Kitab has stayed the operation of the impugned notice of June 25 wherein the former president had called for a special general meeting.
Court has also stayed the press statement dated June 27, 2026 issued by him and all consequential actions arising there from.
