Jammu Tawi, July 26 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch, Jammu, has filed chargesheets in two separate fraud cases before the competent courts after completing detailed investigations.
According to an official communique, the Economic Offences Wing filed a chargesheet in a fraud case involving M/s Gold Sukh Trade India Ltd., Jaipur, in which the accused allegedly induced investors to deposit money by promising exorbitant returns and subsequently misappropriated their investments.
