India, Jan. 13 -- Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah will present Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory's second budget in the Legislative Assembly on February 6.

According to the tentative calendar issued by the Legislative Assembly Secretariat, the annual financial statement for 2026-27 and the supplementary statement of expenditure for 2025-26 will be presented in the House on February 6.

The budget will be presented by the Chief Minister, who is also the Minister in-charge of Finance, almost one month and a day earlier than the last budget presented by him. The budget for 2025-26 was presented by Omar Abdullah on March 7, 2024.
