Jammu Tawi, April 17 -- After the winter capital Jammu, the summer capital Srinagar will now have to face the VIP culture coupled with frequent traffic mess for the next six (6) months from 30th of this month onwards as the bi-annual darbar will close at Jammu on 30th of April and will reopen at Srinagar on May 4th next month.
After the darbar move on April 30th this month, the traffic mess on the roads of the winter capital Jammu will come to an end to a certain extent and the summer capital Srinagar will have to face VIP culture and confront traffic mess as thousands of vehicles will be shifted to Srinagar along with darbar move.
