Srinagar, June 28 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Saturday said it has attached movable and immovable assets, including a residential house, land parcels and gold ornaments, belonging to a former Naazir in the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Srinagar, in a disproportionate assets case.
According to an ACB spokesperson, the attached properties belong to Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat of Firdousabad, Batamaloo, who was serving as Naazir in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar. The action was taken in connection with FIR No. 09/2025 registered at Police Station ACB Srinagar.
