Srinagar, June 17 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police Headquarters has ordered a major reshuffle, transferring and posting 60 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) across the Union Territory to strengthen policing and improve operational efficiency.

The exercise includes adjustment of 28 newly promoted DySPs and transfer of 32 serving officers, with postings across CID, SIA, Crime Branch, Traffic, Armed Police, Security, Railways, ANTF and training institutions.

Among the newly promoted DySPs, Sanjay Gupta has been posted to CID SB Ramban, Riyaz Mustafa to CTC Lethpora, Mir Zahid to Arms/Ammunition Headquarters, Arif Ahmad Ahanger to STC Sheeri, Ashwani Kumar to Anti-Corruption Bureau, Nasir Syed Kirmani to Cyber Investigative Centre for Exc...
