JAMMU Tawi, Sept. 9 -- In a significant administrative development for officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), the General Administration Department (GAD) has formally confirmed the probation of 22 Junior Scale JKAS probationers belonging to the 2015, 2018, 2019 and 2020 batches.
The decision was issued through Government Order No. 1498-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated September 8, 2026, by the General Administration Department.
For the officers concerned, the order brings formal recognition of the satisfactory completion of their probation period.
