Nigeria, Oct. 30 -- The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has commended Dunamis International Gospel Centre for constructing a pedestrian bridge along the busy Airport Road in Abuja.

Wike gave the commendation on Friday during the inauguration of the bridge, located near the church's headquarters, the 100,000-capacity Glory Dome in Abuja.

He described the project as an exemplary demonstration of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The minister disclosed that although the church applied for approval to construct the bridge in 2018, the application was only brought to his attention in February 2026 and was approved within a month.
