Nigeria, March 21 -- The University of Jos community in Plateau State was thrown into shock and panic on Friday afternoon following the discovery of a dead baby inside a drainage system connected to a female hostel in the Naraguta axis of the campus. Eyewitnesses revealed that the discovery came after students had reported a blocked sewage system and a foul odor. Maintenance workers were called in to investigate, which led to the shocking finding. A porter, who requested anonymity, explained that the dead baby was believed to have been discarded in a toilet after being aborted by an unknown female student.
