Nigeria, June 25 -- In a statement issued on Thursday, the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, said the Command swiftly responded to the report by deploying operatives to the area for verification and assessment.

According to him, preliminary findings showed that the alleged location remained peaceful, with no suspicious objects or security threats discovered.

"The alleged location remains calm, with no suspicious objects or any security concerns observed. Normal activities continue within and around the area, while security operatives maintain routine surveillance to ensure public safety and sustain public confidence," the statement said.
