Nigeria, April 17 -- According to the agency, the warning stemmed from a complaint sent to its Post-Marketing Surveillance Directorate, which prompted authorities to investigate a retail establishment purportedly selling the products.

Two questionable objects, identified as Coglaet ActivGel 100g and Coglaet Herbal 100g, were found and removed from the store during the operation.



Although unable to provide any receipt or proof of purchase, the trader claimed that NAFDac said the items were from a door-to-door salesman.

The products lack batch numbers or genuine NAFDAC registration information, raising important questions about their authenticity and safety.
