Nigeria, June 9 -- The First Lady of Anambra State, Dr. Mrs. Nonye Soludo, issued a statement on Tuesday to mark the global observance.

The observance aims to address the stigma around emotional vulnerability and the unique barriers men face in seeking help, while drawing attention to silent struggles like depression, anxiety, and the higher male suicide rates

Dr Soludo believes men should make out time to rest, connect with others, seek support, and prioritize their mental well-being.
