Nigeria, March 24 -- Corruption is often spoken of as a societal cancer, yet few stop to examine its breeding grounds. While much of the public discourse focuses on politics, one of the most fertile grounds for corruption and unethical practices lies closer to home in our workplaces. From offices and factories to government agencies, the workplace reflects the moral and ethical standards of a society. To meaningfully reduce corruption in Nigeria, we must first sanitize our workplaces.
