Nigeria, Oct. 11 -- Kenyan presidential candidate Patrick Osoi has urged Nigerian billionaire businessman Aliko Dangote not to rush to commence operations at his refinery, claiming that the businessman would return to Nigeria after he becomes Kenya's president next year. Osoi made the statement in a video shared by AM Media, in which he directly addressed Dangote and suggested that his anticipated presidency would influence the billionaire's business interests in Kenya.
