Nigeria, June 17 -- Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, Peter Obi, has declared that he is prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice for Nigeria, insisting that the country must decisively confront rising insecurity and the threat posed by non-state actors.
