Nigeria, July 27 -- peaking during an appearance on Channels Television's Sunday Politics on Sunday monitored by The News Chronicle, Obi criticised the Tinubu administration over the country's economic hardship, insecurity and rising poverty, arguing that Nigerians deserve a government that prioritises the welfare of its citizens.

Obi maintained that he possesses the experience, competence and vision required to unite the country and restore economic stability if elected president in 2027.
