Nigeria, July 5 -- An elderly hospital security guard, identified as Malam Ado Shu'aibu Maki, was reportedly murdered by suspected thieves during an attack on a hospital in Danlasan Ward, Warawa Local Government Area of Kano State. According to a statement issued on Saturday, July 4, 2026, by the Director of Information and Public Enlightenment to the Chairman of Warawa Local Government, Hamza Kinchau, the incident occurred on the night of Friday, July 3, 2026.
