Nigeria, July 31 -- Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has accused the 2027 Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, of fabricating claims about a recent airport incident for political gain.

In an interview on Channels Television's Politics Today monitored by The News Chronicle, Keyamo dismissed Obi's account of being harassed by airport officials because of his opposition status, insisting the former Anambra governor deliberately misrepresented the incident.
