Nigeria, Sept. 6 -- The Foundation for Environmental Rights Advocacy and Development (FENRAD) has called on the Greater Ohafia Development Authority (GODA) to urgently rehabilitate the deteriorating Ebem Ohafia access road in Abia State and make public details of infrastructure spending within the Greater Ohafia development area.

The environmental rights organisation said the poor condition of the road extends beyond transportation concerns, warning that inadequate drainage, erosion, flooding and ecological degradation pose growing risks to residents, farmlands and public health.
