Nigeria, July 21 -- The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has cleared the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Kemi Nandap, of any involvement in its ongoing investigation into an alleged visa fraud scheme.

In a statement, the anti-graft agency said Nandap is not a suspect in the case and has not been implicated in any aspect of the investigation, dismissing reports linking her to the probe.
