Content Creator Docked for Alleged Cyberbullying of Defence Minister
Nigeria, Aug. 26 -- An Abuja-based content creator, Faruk Mohammed, was on Wednesday arraigned before a Federal High Court in Abuja for allegedly cyberbullying the Minister of Defense, retired Gen. Christopher Musa.
The Commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), charged Mohammed with cyberbullying before Justice Obiora Egwuatu.
The defendant was accused of alleging that Nigerian troops fighting terrorism on the frontline died because the Defense Minister and serving defense chiefs failed to take appropriate action.
He was also accused of claiming that the minister's Legal Adviser, Mr Aliyu Anas, misled Musa in an alleged attempt by the Presidency to have him removed.
