Nigeria, Oct. 23 -- According to reports, some members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from Illela Local Government Area of Sokoto State have been involved in a road accident while travelling to Kaduna State for a political rally in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The party members were said to have been heading to Kaduna to attend the rally when the accident occurred. Details of the incident remain sketchy, as the number of people involved, the cause of the accident and the extent of any injuries or casualties have yet to be confirmed.
