Nigeria, Nov. 5 -- The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has rejected the Federal High Court judgment nullifying the leadership of its National Chairman, Senator David Mark, and invalidating decisions taken by the party's caretaker committee.

The ruling also invalidated the nomination of former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar as the party's presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections.

The party maintained its opposition to the judgment, insisting that it would challenge the decision.
