Nigeria, Sept. 28 -- The Nigerian Navy has announced the commencement of its 2026 Batch 39 Basic Training School recruitment exercise, with online applications scheduled to open on October 2, 2026.

According to the recruitment information currently published on the Navy's recruitment portal, the application window will remain open until October 31, 2026, while the nationwide aptitude test is scheduled for November 29, 2026. Basic training is expected to commence on December 12, 2026.

The exercise is open to eligible Nigerians seeking enlistment into the Nigerian Navy.
