Nigeria, July 16 -- A member of the Lagos State Governor's Advisory Council (GAC), Akanni Seriki, has urged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to put aside their differences and work together to secure victory for all the party's candidates in the 2027 general elections.

Speaking in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Thursday in Lagos, Seriki said the conclusion of the party's primary elections should mark the beginning of reconciliation, calling on all aspirants to accept the outcome and support the party's candidates.

According to him, individual ambitions should give way to the collective interest of the APC.
