Bangladesh, Sept. 23 -- Standard Islami Bank has launched a four-day Bangla QR and Cashless Digital Banking Campaign at Gulshan-1 DNCC Market in Dhaka to promote a modern and convenient digital banking ecosystem.

The campaign, which began on Monday, aims to provide merchants with a simple, secure and modern payment system and bring all eligible merchants under the Bangla QR platform, according to the press release.

Standard Islami Bank Additional Managing Director Md Siddiqur Rahman inaugurated the campaign as the chief guest.

Bangladesh Bank Executive Director and Principal of the Bangladesh Bank Training Academy Md Ubayed Ullah Chowdhury attended the event.
