Bangladesh, July 23 -- The Nilphamari District Bar Association accorded a reception to Mr Zia Uddin Mahmud following his appointment as the Senior District and Sessions Judge of the Nilphamari Judgeship.

The reception and views exchange meeting was held at the Bar Association hallroom on Wednesday.

Among those present were former Bar Association President and senior lawyer Advocate Md Abdul Wahab Chowdhury, Nilphamari District Council Administrator Advocate Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, Bar Association President Advocate Al Faruq Abdul Latif, Government Pleader (GP) Abu Mohammed Soem, General Secretary Advocate Al Masud Chowdhury and other members of the Bar Association.
