Bangladesh, Sept. 24 -- Housing and Public Works Minister Zakaria Taher Suman has said the government is taking a series of major steps to transform the services of the Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK), including digitising its operations and speeding up the approval of development plans.
"After this government came to power, we have taken several groundbreaking decisions under the Prime Minister's directives. Previously, clearance from RAJUK was required to sell or transfer a flat.
