Bangladesh, June 24 -- Pubali Bank PLC has held its CLS Agent Conference 2026 as part of efforts to improve customer service standards, ensure greater transparency in loan disbursement and strengthen field-level operations.

Organised by the bank's Retail Business Division, the conference was held recently at the Pubali Bank head office auditorium.

Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pubali Bank PLC, attended the event as chief guest.

The bank's Deputy Managing Directors Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, Md Shahnewaz Khan and Mohammad Anisuzzaman attended as special guests.

The conference was presided over by Md Malequl Islam, Head of Retail Business Division and Deputy General Manager.
