India, July 6 -- NTPC Bongaigaon has launched the 5th edition of the Girl Empowerment Mission (GEM) 2026, enrolling 50 girls from 12 nearby schools in a month-long residential programme focused on education, leadership, life skills, digital literacy, and personality development. The initiative reflects NTPC's commitment to empowering rural girls and promoting gender equality.
