Bangladesh, June 26 -- The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRBC Bank was held on Thursday, in a hybrid format at the Kurmitola Golf Club in the Capital.

Presided over by the Chairman of the Bank, Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, the AGM was attended by the Chairman of the bank's Risk Management Committee Md. Nurul Haque, Chairman of the Audit Committee Muhammad Emdad Ullah, FCA, FCMA, Directors Md. Abul Bashar, Md. Anwar Hossain, and Barrister Md. Shafiqur Rahman, and Managing Director and CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA. The meeting was moderated by FirogAhmed, Acting Company Secretary of the Bank, according to a press release.
