Bangladesh, Sept. 17 -- The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of National Housing Finance PLC was held on Tuesday, through virtual platform (Digitally).

In the meeting the shareholders approved 10pc Cash Dividend i.e. Tk. 1.00 of per share of Tk. 10.00 each for the year 2025.

The Meeting was presided over by Dr. Khondaker Showkat Hossain, Chairman of the Company. In the AGM Company's Directors, Sponsors, Chairman of Audit Committee and a large number of Shareholders along with Mohammad Shamsul Islam, Managing Director and Md.
