Bangladesh, July 2 -- Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu, MP, said the Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) is working tirelessly to make the city more suitable for good people to live in. He said a safer and more liveable Rajshahi Metropolitan City would be built in the coming days.

He made the remarks as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony held at the RMP headquarters yesterday morning, marking the 34th founding anniversary of the RMP on Wednesday.

The Land Minister said the RMP was established 34 years ago at the initiative of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
