Bangladesh, Oct. 12 -- Education Minister Dr A N M Ehsanul Hoque Milon has urged graduates of the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) to use their knowledge and innovative abilities for national and social welfare, stressing the need for practical, affordable technological solutions.

"After completing their education, students must dedicate their acquired knowledge and innovative abilities to the welfare of the country and society," he said.

The minister made the call while addressing the university's 38th convocation in Gazipur, according to a press release.
