Bangladesh, Oct. 14 -- The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) in Bandar, Narayanganj, has conducted a special clean-up and mosquito-control campaign to prevent dengue and other mosquito-borne diseases as part of the government's nationwide cleanliness and awareness programme.

Held under the slogan "Keep Our Surroundings Clean, Stay Healthy Together," the campaign began with a rally and discussion meeting at the Bandar LGED office on Wednesday (October 14).
