Bangladesh, March 18 -- The last week of Ramadan is underway. So, as always, last-minute Eid shopping is in full swing in Sylhet.

Preparations for the Eid festival are endless. People are rushing from one market to another to buy new favorite clothes.

A crowd of buyers has been observed from various markets and shopping malls in the city to the sidewalks.

With the remittances sent by expatriates coming in the last decade of Ramadan, the Eid market is now in a festive mood.

Young people and children from almost every family are in the Eid market. Shoppers are now flocking to all stores, from sarees, dresses, jewelry, Punjabi, pajamas, to children's clothing.
