Bangladesh, June 23 -- Members of the Detective Branch (DB) of Khulna Metropolitan Police (KMP) have arrested five alleged members of the notorious "B Company" criminal group during coordinated raids in different areas of Dhaka, recovering firearms and ammunition from their possession.
According to KMP, the arrests were made as part of an ongoing special drive launched at the beginning of the month against identified criminals, armed offenders and drug traffickers amid concerns over a recent rise in gang activities in Khulna city.
