Bangladesh, Sept. 17 -- Speakers at a training programme at Khulna Agricultural University (KAU) have stressed the need for a timely, practical and internationally standardised curriculum to prepare students to face future challenges, including climate change.

The two-day training programme on "Design and Implementation of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Curriculum" was organised by the university's Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at its auditorium recently.

Professor Dr Masuma Habib, a member of the University Grants Commission (UGC), attended the inaugural session as the chief guest. She was welcomed with flowers and presented with a crest by the university authorities.
