Bangladesh, Aug. 23 -- Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Iarul Kabir has congratulated Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on assuming office as the newly elected President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
