Bangladesh, June 26 -- IFIC Bank PLC and Transcom Electronics Limited, one of the country's renowned organizations, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The MoU was signed on Wednesday, at a ceremony held at IFIC Tower in Dhaka in the presence of senior officials from both organizations, according press release.

In the presence of Md Rafiqul Islam, deputy managing director and chief credit officer of IFIC Bank, the MoU was signed on behalf of the bank by Helal Ahmed, chief of branch business and head of operations.

On behalf of Transcom Electronics Limited, the MoU was signed by Shib Pada Dey, chief financial officer of the organization.
