Speaking at an exchange-of-views meeting with officials and employees after visiting the Bangladesh Cable Shilpa Limited (BCSL) plant in Khulna on Tuesday, he said the country's industrial sector could reach new heights through the integration of skilled human resources, innovation and modern management practices.
