Bangladesh, March 13 -- The Election Commission (EC) will start sending postal ballots on Thursday to expatriate voters who registered to cast their votes by post in the elections of Sherpur-3 and Bogura-6 constituencies.
Team Leader of the OCV-SDI project on expatriate voter registration Salim Ahmad Khan told BSS today that the postal ballots would be sent to 1,281 registered expatriate voters of Bogura-6 constituency.
Besides, the process has started to send postal ballots to 383 registered expatriate voters of Sherpur-3 constituency, he said, adding that preparations are underway to send postal ballots to all registered expatriate voters of the two constituencies.
