Bangladesh, Aug. 31 -- The Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has reshuffled the responsibilities of three deputy commissioners (DCs) and five additional deputy commissioners (ADCs), affecting several key divisions of the metropolitan police.

DMP Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed approved the changes through two separate office orders issued on August 30.

Under one of the orders, DMP Deputy Commissioner Md Sharfuddin has been assigned to the Procurement and Workshop Division.

Traffic-Wari Division DC Md Azad Rahman has been transferred to the Diplomatic Security Division, while City-Research and Development Division DC Mohammad Nur-e-Alam has been appointed DC of the Traffic-Wari Division.
