Bangladesh, Sept. 21 -- A dispute has arisen over the construction of a five-storey building in Babup para area of Nilphamari Municipality, with both sides making opposing claims following a court notice seeking an explanation from the building owner. Afsana Afroze has alleged that the building was constructed in violation of approval conditions and relevant building regulations. However, the building owner, Md.
