Bangladesh, Oct. 16 -- The Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) has prepared 200 buses to provide special transport services across the country during Sharadiya Durga Puja, aiming to ensure safe and hassle-free journeys for passengers.

The special service will operate for five days, from October 20 to 24, BRTC spokesperson Mostakim Bhuiyan said on Thursday.

"We have decided to introduce a special bus service for the first time on the occasion of Durga Puja. The service will run from October 20 to 24," he said.

According to a press release, the initiative was taken in line with directives from the Road Transport and Highways Division to facilitate passenger travel during the festival.
