Bangladesh, Oct. 2 -- Human intellect and capital are the two primary pillars required to build the future of Bangladesh. Today, however, both these forces are leaving the country through different avenues.

On one hand, a section of our talented youth, doctors, engineers, researchers, IT professionals, and skilled workforce are migrating abroad in search of better career prospects, safe living conditions, and due recognition of their merit.

On the other hand, a significant portion of national wealth and capital rather than flowing into legitimate domestic investments is being siphoned off overseas through corruption, irregularities, and money laundering.
