Bangladesh, June 25 -- Rangpur-based Bangladesh Environmental Lawyers Association (BELA) organised a day-long "Stakeholder Training on Right to Information (RTI)" at the NGO Forum Auditorium in the city on Wednesday.
The main objective of the training was to enhance participants' knowledge of the Right to Information Act, provide a clear understanding of its practical application, and raise awareness about ensuring the right to information.
At the workshop, Tanmoy Kumar Sanyal, Coordinator of BELA's Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions, discussed in detail the Right to Information Act, the relevant authorities, and the information application process.
