Bangladesh, Sept. 21 -- Police have arrested four individuals, including Rubel Hossain, in Baraigram, Natore, on charges of demanding Tk 360,000 in extortion money from a fish trader.

They were arrested during a raid in Jonail Union of the upazila on Friday night. Police said the arrestees were sent to court on Saturday after the completion of legal formalities.

The arrested individuals are Rubel Hossain (37), son of the late Wajed Ali of Choumohan; Sagar Ahmed (28) and Sohag Ahmed (34), sons of Ziauddin; and Harun-or-Rashid (39), son of Delwar Hossain of Choumohan.
