Bangladesh, Sept. 25 -- A mobile court has fined three fish sellers a total of Tk 60,000 for selling shrimp mixed with harmful jelly in Bhairab port town of Kishoreganj.

The raid was conducted at an evening fish market in the Pultakanda area of Bhairab port town on Wednesday.

According to mobile court sources, a team led by Executive Magistrate and Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Bhairab AHM Azimul Haque conducted the raid at the fish market.

During the raid, 25kg of shrimp mixed with jelly was seized from Dolphin Fish Shop. Shop owner Farhad Mia was fined Tk 30,000 for selling the adulterated shrimp.
